For years, Mom Freeman has wowed our family with her famous ginger brew at weddings, holiday parties, and other family gatherings. While visiting for Thanksgiving in 2018, she made the ginger brew and everyone raved about it. Enthusiastically, she gave me the recipe and her blessings to share its goodness with others. In April 2020, I crafted a batch, stepped out on faith and started sharing the benefits of ginger brew on social media. With such a prolific response Black Cap Ginger Brew was established. Today, Black Cap is shipped nationwide and available in retail locations in Raleigh, North Carolina.
